This is absolutely AWESOME to update a vintage receiver!! I was going to spend a couple hundred dollars on wireless lossless hi fi streamer, but this does EXACTLY the same thing! You just need a 3.5mm to RCA adapter, plug into your AUX on your vintage receiver and you're good to go! Works flawless, control receiver volume from your phone. Using Tidal and it's perfect!! With lossless audio, I use this more than my vintage turntable and vinyl! Actually to my ears, (sorry vinyl fans, I do love vinyl) but it sounds much better on lossless tracks.. best money you could ever spend! Don't but an expensive streamer if you're ok with a cable to your receiver.. absolutely blown away!!

This was my third attempt at buying one of these and I guess third time really is the charm BECAUSE THIS ONE IS AMAZING! I don't know all the techy wording but this thing is SO much better than the other two I had bought! Music sounds so good! I would probably pay double the amount for this. Just buy it. I promise you won't regret it!!

Perfect USB C DAC/AMP if you own the FiiO FT1

I have hearing loss and wear hearing aids. When listening to audio on my computer using a good headset without my hearing aids I would max the volume on the onboard audio and use cc, that worked ok. With this dongle without my hearing aids the volume is set to less than halfway and I don't need to use cc. I researched why there was such a huge difference in volume. The onboard audio audio is outputting 1.0 volts, the dongle is outputting 1.4 volts a 40% increase. I just wish I had purchased this dongle years ago. So sure onboard audio is fine with my hearing aids stuck in my ears but its nice to be able to take them out when using a headset.
