This first aid cabinet comes with every first aid item you could possibly need. All the items are easily identifiable and quickly accessible. The cabinet has 4 keyholes on the back to make mounting to a wall easy, but it is also easy to quickly pull the first aid kit off the keyhole mounts in case of emergency. There is a handle at the top to make carrying easy. The cabinet door has a buckle to keep it shut while transporting as well. I can't speak specifically to the quality of the first aid supplies that are included, except to say they seem to be packaged well. We have not had the misfortune of having to use them yet. All in all I am happy with the kit and its good peace of mind to have around.
