Great piece of equipment
Works well. I'm a 5'7 125 lb woman. I use this on my gladiator ladder for lots of different exercises.

Very helpful
I could never do pull ups on my own. But, I set out to get it done this year. So far, this assistant has helped me so very much! It's super stretchy and strong. So, no matter if I'm tired or what, this has me fully supported. It's super easy to put together and to use. It works so well. I'm thankful I got it. I can do quite a few pull ups assisted. Little by little this is helping me gain my strength, so I can do them on my own. I absolutely love this! It worth every penny.

Pull up bands
Nice pull up band set to help achieve a pull up! I’m still working on pull ups, and these have helped - but I’m not there yet! I obviously don’t blame these for that, because they definitely have helped. Though, they don’t make assisted pull ups as “easy” as I thought they would be, but I’m sure that will come with time. Overall, these bands are easy to set up and use. I’m attaching them to my pull up bar at home, and they have worked well for that. They are very sturdy and stretchy, and I have no fear of one snapping or breaking - they seem very well made. I love that everything comes in a drawstring bag, easy to take to the gym too! Overall, a great addition to a home gym and a great tool for anyone trying to achieve their first unassisted pull up! For the price, I think this set is worth it.

Nice economical aide to jumpstart a pull-up exercise routine
This turns out to be a pretty nice, economical helper to get into doing pull-ups. The pull-up assistance band set does not make pull-ups necessarily easier, they just make them possible for those who still carry too much weight to start developing those muscles while losing weight. This helps ease the resistance of gravity a bit so one can work on form, grip/arm/shoulder/back strength, and reduce potential injury to those regions. As strength develops, the number of bands can be reduced to bring the challenge back up. The main strap went over my pull-up bar and into its own clamp-style buckle. I am surprised as to how well the clamp grips the nylon strap and how easily I can adjust the length (which increases/decreases the amount of aid it gives me). The resistance band(s) clip onto the D-rings and then onto the D-rings of the stirrups. I like the variety this set up offers me as I work to develop muscle and strength while also reducing strain and injury. I can adjust the length of the setup (shorter gives more aid, longer less) and I can adjust the number of resistance bands used in the setup. At my weight, I'll use more. But, as I reduce in weight I will reduce the number of bands so as to gain in strength. Lastly, I can use both feet in the stirrups or go to one foot for just a little added help. Convenient set up, encourages me to do the exercise I hate the most, and adds to the safety of reduced injury and strain. Good value for the money! A+

Effective Pull Up Assistance Bands for Home Training
The pull up assistance bands set is a helpful addition to any home gym setup, especially for strength training routines that focus on improving pull up performance. The set comes with 3 bands, and each band is rated for 75lbs of assistance, which gives you a consistent level of support across all three. This makes it easy to choose the right amount of help depending on the exercise or your current strength level. The bands feel sturdy and well made, and they provide smooth resistance without sudden tension changes. One thing I appreciate is how easy the bands are to install. You can loop them over a pull up bar in just a few seconds, and they stay secure during use. The setup works well whether you are practicing full pull ups, assisted chin ups, or even using the bands for stretching and warm up routines. The material has a good balance of firmness and flexibility, which helps create a stable and predictable feel during each rep. For anyone working toward unassisted pull ups, this set offers a simple and effective way to build strength gradually. It is convenient, easy to use, and versatile enough to support a variety of exercises in a home gym environment.

Wasn't helpful for a beginner pull-up
For context, I typically use a large loop resistance band set horizontally across my power rack for assisted pull-ups, and I thought this product would be a good alternative. While it was easy to set up, I couldn't adjust it in a way that provided both the level of assistance and the full range of motion I was looking for. The "springs" feel too tight and short, so when I adjusted it to give me the support I needed at the bottom of the movement, it didn't allow enough length or recoil to support the full pull-up range of motion. Because of this, the assistance felt inconsistent throughout the movement. This product may be better suited for someone who already has more upper-body strength and is closer to performing unassisted pull-ups. Although it didn't work well for my needs, it does appear to be very well constructed and durable.
