some of the best nutrition out there for a bar
This review is for the "cinnamon roll" flavor although if I have more of these, I will edit to include information on those. Taste: OK, there is something a little cinnamon-y about these. I don't think they're as good as real cinnamon rolls, but I wouldn't expect them to be. I find the flavor to be above average although not the best I've had for an energy bar. And it would be nice for variety if you are eating a lot of this type of bar. Texture: Not my favorite type of texture for a protein bar. This has a uniform texture and is dotted with bits of color (presumably supposed to represent the cinnamon)? I kind of don't like uniform texture protein bars. They don't resemble real food in the least. This has almonds in it, so I'd kind of like to see them. I'm not looking for something with as many whole almonds as a Kind bar, but some identifiable chunks would be nice. Nutrition: Here is where this bar shines. It has 7 grams of fat, 6 grams of which are NOT saturated. This has 14 grams of fiber (truly remarkable for a bar of this type) and 20 grams of protein. Unlike many protein/nutrition/energy bars, this one is balanced enough to have in place of a meal on its own. You do not need to add any fruit, yogurt, or anything like that (unless you *want* to). This also has only 170 calories per bar, which is great considering all the protein and fiber in there. This also has very little sugar and has some of the minerals (calcium, magnesium, iron, and phosphorus) associated with nuts. Sodium is 200 mg, which is kind of high for a single packaged food item but not terrible if this is replacing an entire meal. You can see the full ingredients list and nutrition facts panel in the product images. Please note that this has almonds and dairy ingredients, but that it is gluten free. (It does contain stevia and erythritol, a sugar alcohol.) Overall, I feel that this has some of the best nutrition of a bar of this type, so despite the texture, I am going to rate it highly. It is really hard to find something with this balance of nutrients, that includes both protein and fiber and is low in sugar. 4.5 stars.

LOVE THIS BAR!!!
O MY LAWDY!!!!! I am a cinnamon freak and I LOVE Quest bars. This bar has such a great macronutrient profile and flavor. It taste just like a cinnamon roll and I love it so much. I have had almost every flavor bar and this by far is my favorite. If you don't like cinnamon or cinnamon rolls, then I do not recommend this bar for you. I encourage you to buy this bar, because I am positive you will not regret it. However, if you are wary of your sodium, like me, then be careful when eating these bars because they are kind of high in sodium (250-300 mg). After I finish tasting all the flavors I will be able to rate the bars from best to worst according to my taste. I hope this helps, and if you are looking for a protein bar with a great macronutrient profile, tase, and keeps you full, look no further. So I have had all the ones - I am not allergic to except Chocolate brownie, Raspberry and White Chocolate( I am super allergic to raspberries) and Almond Crunch but we will get to that one next. I like chocolate but I am not crazy about it and I love fruit so if you have similar taste preference to mine this is most likely going to help you. These are the ones I like from Favorite to like: 1. Cinnamon Roll 2.Cookies and Cream 3.Coconut Cashew 4. S'mores (I like it because it has less sodium than the cookie dough and it taste very similar) 5. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough 6. Apple Pie (Has a lot of Sodium but the tate is spot on) 7. Banana Nut (very good) The following ones are thrones I do not like at all from best(of the worst)- to the worst of the worst. 8. Double Chocolate Chunk 9. Lemon Pie 10. Strawberry Cheesecake (Just no it taste good at first but the aftertaste is so bad it taste like olives) I have heard the raspberry and the mixed berry list are delicious unfortunately it would kill me. I also have not tried the peanut butter ones due to my peanut allergy, and the new flavor Chocolate mint which I have heard is delicious. I hope this helps.

good protein supplemental bars
These quest bars are the best tasting protein bars that I have ever had in my life. The taste is simply outstanding. I would also give the ingredients a 10. I especially like the fact that it has 17 g of dietary fiber per bar. We generally try to avoid carbohydrates, but dietary fiber is a good carbohydrate that most of us just don't get enough of. The only real bad thing about these bars is the price of them. If it wasn't for the price I would probably make these bars a regular, but for me, the price is just too steep. At this point I do have an alternative bar and will be using them because of the price. I don't feel like mentioning them because it would make my review look suspicious. These bars still win when it comes to taste and ingredients though.

Pricey, tasty, but....
On the recommendation of a friend, I've been eating Quest bars for the past seven weeks because they're more nutritious than other "health" bars. But each bar has close to 200 calories, which is quite a bit for a "diet" item. They're low in sugar, but some flavors have quite a bit of sugar alcohol, which isn't colon-friendly. They taste pretty good, but I wish they'd use stevia or a similar natural sugar replacement; I'd be happy to pay a few cents more if stevia were the primary sweetener.

Tastes like cardboard
I try a lot of different protein bars in my continued search for one that tastes alright. Just alright is good enough, and this bar isn't even that. It really doesn't taste like a cinnamon roll, unless you leave your cinnamon rolls under the porch for a week before you eat them. The bar is stickier than it needs to be, making unwrapping it more work than it should be. The flavor is lacking and more like someone sprinkled a combination of 'cinnamon roll flavor' and 'delousing spray' onto the bar and called it a day. The trash flavor mixed with the sticky bar makes it a deeply disappointing experience.

Amazing Nutrition for the Buck - QUEST BAR HITS HOME RUN!
Quest bars always rate high in terms of nutritional content and bang for your buck. This is among my top five favorite flavors / content (calorie/fat/etc). The taste of the Quest Bars in general are very pleasing; only the Peanut Butter and Jelly (where is the Jelly, this tastes like stale peanut butter), and the Berry Bliss (lacking of flavor, will please those with a distaste or flavor). The prebiotic fiber helps to keep you regular, and 20 grams of protein from a good source, as well as high fiber/low carbohydrates, help to keep you full and satisfied. An excellent meal replacement; breakfast, lunch or dinner, or used as a snack. I highly recommend Quest Bars!

A Tasty Treat
I'm not overfond of protein bars: Those that contain sugar are often no more than glorified candy bars and the sugar-free variety frequently contain maltitol, a particularly disagreeable sugar alcohol often leads to explosive gastric side-effects. Quest, on the other hand, is different. Their bars are high protein, high fiber, low-carb and use a blend of stevia, Lo Han Guo and Erythiol as sweeteners. (I have no difficulty digesting any of these, though your mileage may vary.) The Cinnamon Roll bar is my favorite. It is rather chewy and every time I eat one I imagine that I'm noshing on a half-baked cinnamon roll. Fair warning: On their own, these may be a bit too sweet, but when enjoyed with a slightly bitter/astringent beverage, they are just right. (I often eat one of these bars in the morning with coffee or a strong black tea. I've also been known to enjoy one as dessert in the evening along with a small glass of brandy.) If you are looking for a legitimately tasty, sugar-free, low-carb protein bar and you like cinnamon rolls, give this one a try.

Perfect for days where I need the extra protein but ...
These are my go to protein bars. Unlike Clif Builder Bars, these are low in sugar but still high in protein. Perfect for days where I need the extra protein but can not stomach any more meat and eggs. The cinnamon roll flavor is my favorite because it does not contain artificial sweeteners, though it does have erythritol (a naturally occurring sugar alcohol; commonly added into sugar free gum) and stevia. They taste great too! The one thing that I found that you have to get used to is the crunchy almond pieces. Overall, though, favorite Quest Bar. This package also arrive on time and in great condition.

Yum!
This flavour is not anywhere to be found in my supermarkets / stores that I visit and so I was excited to see it here, and I have to say it has become one of my new favourite flavours!
